Service Description

This service requires that you come with a freshly washed face. With proper maintenance, this service can last up to 2-4 years. The use of tretinoin, retinol, retin-A, AHAs, BHAs, and harsh physical exfoliants thins and sensitizes the skin, which can lead to severe irritation or chemical burns when combined with the lamination solutions, which are outside the service provider's control. We ask that our clients avoid using those products for at least 72 hours (or up to 1 week) before an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Phenomenal Beauty and its service provider(s) understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid additional fees. Cancellations and/or reschedules within 24 hours of your scheduled time and/or not showing will result in an automatic cancellation fee of $25. All cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file through out automated system. If the payment is deemed insufficient, rejected, and/or blocked, the client will incur an IOU and/or permanent ban from booking with Phenomenal Beauty and its service providers.
