Booking Policies

Pre-Booking Policy

 

Before booking any service, we require clients to read, review, and agree to our policies.

 

By booking on this website, www.phenomenalbeautyy.com, clients agree to ALL Phenomenal Beauty policies. Clients will be held responsible for the policies listed on the website, not the previous version of our policies. We ask that clients read and review the policies each time he/she access the website, as policies are subject to change without notification.

Booking Policy

 

We require clients to schedule using their first and last names. 

 

Avoid using nicknames, initials, and other names other than your legal first and last name. Failure to provide a valid first and last name will result in service cancellation or denial. When booking a service(s), clients agree to pay the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. Check your email (junk/spam included) after booking any/all appointments.)

Payment Policy

 

Payments may be collected online and/or in person. â€‹

Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash and debit/credit card only

Card transactions may include a processing fee.

​

Unaccepted Forms of Payment: Apple Pay, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and any other mobile payment services. 

​

All payments/sales are final. Phenomenal Beauty does NOT issue partial or full refunds.

Deposit Policy

 

We require clients to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable deposit of $25 to secure appointments.

 

The deposit must be paid online using a valid gift card/debit/credit card. After the client's service, the deposit paid to this website, www.phenomenalbeautyy.com, goes toward the overall service charge. The remainder of the scheduled service charge will be due at the time of the appointment.

In the case the client cancels, the deposit will be secured by the service provider as payment for scheduling/reservation of the day/time.

Returning clients? Your card information may be saved on file. In this case, your deposit may be secured from the card on file.

 

Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable. Appointment deposits may vary.​​

How Deposits Work?

 

Deposits are required. Deposits paid on this website, www.phenomenalbeautyy.com, go toward the overall service cost.

Client successfully schedules and shows up to the appointment on time:

Deposit covers day and time security, all supplies, as well as all resources and tools. Hair is not included.

​​

Client successfully schedules and cancels 24 hours before the scheduled service:

Deposit secured as a scheduling fee.​

​

Client successfully schedules and cancels within 24 hours of scheduled service:

Deposit secured as a scheduling fee. In addition, the card on file will be charged a cancellation fee ($25). 

​

Client successfully schedules and no-shows:

Deposit secured by Phenomenal Beauty as a scheduling fee. In addition, the card on file will be charged a cancellation inconvenience fee ($25). The client is subject to a booking ban/restriction.

​

Client successfully schedules and is late by 15 minutes:

Deposit covers day and time security, all supplies, as well as all resources and tools. Hair is not included. In addition, the client will be charged a $15 late fee.

​

Client successfully schedules and is late more than 20 minutes:

Appointment cancelled. Deposit secured as a scheduling fee. In addition, the card on file will be charged a cancellation inconvenience fee ($25). The client is subject to a booking ban/restriction.

Deposits may vary depending on the style requested.

Card on file policy

By completing a purchase, you agree to save this card and allow future payments. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

 

We understand that clients may need to cancel. We ask that clients cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled time.

 

Any cancellations and/or reschedules within 24 hours of your scheduled time and/or not showing up to your scheduled service(s) will result in the deposit and any other online payments being secured by the service provider. Clients will be responsible for any and all cancellation fees.

 

By pressing "Ready to Book," the individual booking authorizes and approves any and all cancellation fees incurred by the client to be captured from the card on file.

Photo of Wig/Lace Policy

A photo of the wig/lace is required 24 hours before the appointment. 

Arrival Policy

 

An automated confirmation message with the service location will be delivered to the email provided after successful booking. Check email (spam/junk folder included) and text messages frequently for updates.

NO extra guest(s) allowed.

​

To ensure the safety and privacy of clients and the stylist, we ask clients to arrive no more than 10 minutes before their appointment time.

​

Once you arrive, please knock. For safety reasons, the door will remain locked before, during, and after services. 

​

Please arrive on time to avoid additional fees.

Up to 15 minutes late = $15 late fee

After 20 minutes late = Automatic Cancelled Appointment

Ready-to-Install Policy

 

Clients must arrive at the appointment with their hair in a ready-to-install condition (freshly washed, blow-dried, and detangled). Bundles/wigs/lace must be pre-washed and dried before the appointment. 

​

Wigs/lace/bundles must be clean and free from any glue, oil, or dirt. Service may be refused if: it is the wrong lace, lace is dirty, lace is extremely worn, or damaged.

Add-Ons Policy

Add-On services must be added during booking.

​

Add-On services - (Brows, styles, pin curls, wand curls, heavy layers, etc...)

Special Hours/Day Policy

 

Same-day appointments must be paid for immediately to secure the slot. All early-hour, after-hour, and/or off-day appointments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Same Day Booking: +$15

​

Before Hours Booking (before 10:00 am): +$40

​

After Hours Booking (after 5:00 pm): +$40

​

Sunday/Monday Booking: +$65

​

Holiday Booking: +$150

​

Availability is not guaranteed for same-day or off-day bookings. 

Additional fees are added to the overall total and are non-negotiable.

Service Provider Protection Policy

By booking a service(s), the client or individual booking understands that receiving any and all services is completely voluntary. The client understands that at any moment before or during the scheduled appointment, he/she has free will to cancel. In the case, the client decides to cancel during the appointment, he/she will be obligated to pay the remaining service charge of all scheduled services. The client understands that at any moment before or during the scheduled appointment, the service provider has the free will to cancel. In the case, the service provider decides to cancel during the appointment, the client will be obligated to pay the deposit and the service provider's desired remaining charge. Failure or refusal to pay at the time of appointment will result in legal action. The client will be held responsible for all legal fees, service charges, and any additional fees incurred.

By booking a service(s), the client or individual booking understands that any form of defamation of character, both in person and/or online, will be dealt with legally. In addition, any negative comments or harmful actions, both in person and/or online, aimed at jeopardizing the service provider's wellbeing, safety, and/or image, this website, or the service provider's business will be dealt with legally.

The client will be held responsible for all legal fees, service charges, and any additional fees incurred.

Client Agreement Statement

I, the client, understand that each service comes with risks and results that may be outside of the service provider's control. I agree that the stylist is solely responsible for the final style/look of the client's brows/hair, not preparation, upkeep, or take-down. I will not hold the service provider responsible for any complications or side effects due to improper or poor preparation and/or take-down.
